Do you know this...
The general tuition fee is $20 per hour.
Estimated tuition fee:
$40 x 2 hr per session per week x 4 weeks (1 month) = $160 per month
$30 x 1.5 hr x 2 sessions per week x 4 weeks (1 month) = $360 per month
Do you agree?
The number of tuition sessions per week is 1.
It is good to have 2 as it allows the student to clarify any doubts and allow sufficient time for the student to have a better start in his/her school syllabus.
Before any major test or exam, it is good to have more sessions per week.
Be Realistic
Tuition Fee
Please be very realistic. Tutors with high qualification or experience, or highly demanded will not take up tutoring jobs with low tuition fees.
However, if the students' houses are very near the tutors, the tutors may be willing to accept the tuition assignments.
Are you aware of...
The individual subjects, such as English, Chinese, Science and Math, are usually of the same tuition rate.
Tuition Rate is differentiated by the level.Tuition Rate depends on home tutors qualification and experiences.
Do surf the internet and refer to the Tuition Rate Table for the general guideline.

Frequently Ask Q ...
Will there be any make up lesson in any case of absence?
Sorry but no.
There will not be any
replacement lesson(s) arranged for the students in any case of absence. The
onus is on students to be responsible for their own learning and to catch up
with the curriculum. However, it is often stated that students make personal
appointments with their teachers to review the lesson.
