Mudras is a type of yoga that can be understood and done easily.
Even children can do mudras without any efforts. 











 Before doing any mudra, take a few deep breaths,
sit down in  cross-legged position , 
relax and do it.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
For best results
it has to be done
for minimum 30 minutes per day.
